Chelsea Business Suites
Our eight Business suites are designed for meetings of up to eight people and can be rented by the hour (minimum two hours) with no maximum length of stay. Business suites are a perfect solution for impromptu meetings. Business Suites feature:
- 575 square feet of meeting space
- Accommodations for 8 people (10 maximum)
- Standard boardroom set-up
- Couch / Lounge area
- Speaker phone (conference calling can be arranged)
- TV and DVD player
- Office Supplies (pens, paper clips, markers, post-it notes, etc.)
- Flipchart, white board and cork board
- Clock radio
- External audio visual (additional cost)
- Coffee service, meals and snacks can be pre-arranged (additional cost)
- Wet bar / Coffee maker
- High Speed Internet available ($13.95 plus tax for 24 hours or less)
Our Fee Schedule
- $45/hr plus tax (hourly rate applies for 2hr minimum to 4hr maximum)
- $375 plus tax (over 4 hours, up to full day)
- $499 plus tax for overnight stay on the pull-out couch
